EAT

We are proud of our reputation as one of the “foodie” hotels in St. Lucia and we are well visited and liked by locals, other hotel guests as well as our own very special guests. Head Chef Craig has recently been voted Caribbean Chef of the year for 2016 by the Caribbean Journal.
The Cliff at Cap offers creative fine dining with sensational views and a contemporary French Caribbean menu whilst the Naked Fisherman serves more casual, yet delectably stylish, seafood right on the beach (non-seafood options also available). Our walk in wine Cellar with its regular wine and food pairings or private dinners is the perfect complement to great food – not to be missed is our own made Cap Maison Solera Rum!

THE CLIFF AT CAP

One of the top dining destinations in St Lucia and the Eastern Caribbean region, with a menu inspired by a fusion of Caribbean and French influence.

THE NAKED FISHERMAN

Provides a “toes in the the sand” moment, whilst listening to the sweet lapping of the waves, or watching stunning sunsets.

THE CLIFF BAR

Maximising the already incredible ocean views, sunset drinks at the Cliff Bar have been taken to a new level since expanding out (and covering) the cocktail deck towards the picturesque island of Martinique.

Chef Craig Jone’s new and exciting tapas style “Fish@Cap” bar menu will compliment those drinkers who prefer to relax and dine in the bar and enjoy the panoramic views. The new bar opening time of 5pm ensures all can enjoy one of the best Caribbean sunsets around.
